About this website

SourAstronaut Games presents information about the studio and its games at sourastronaut.com. The operator’s legal identity and a working privacy contact must be confirmed before this draft becomes final.

Data used by the website

The current website code does not include analytics, advertising trackers, account registration, contact forms, or cookies set by the application. Fonts and images are served with the website. These statements describe the delivered code; the final notice must also reflect any features enabled by the hosting provider.

Hosting and network providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. The intended host is Cloudflare. The actual hosting features, retention periods, recipients, and international processing arrangements require review before launch.

Links and optional videos

External store and social links take you to services with their own privacy practices. If a game trailer is available, this website asks you to load it before connecting to YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player. Choosing to load a trailer sends technical information to YouTube; privacy-enhanced mode does not mean that no data is processed.

Messages you choose to send

When verified email contacts are activated, sending an email will disclose the information you include to the studio and its email providers. Only share information needed for your inquiry. Retention periods, processing grounds, and request handling procedures must be defined before the contacts are activated.

Your questions and rights

Applicable privacy rights depend on where you live and the processing involved. The final notice must identify the responsible operator and a tested channel for access, correction, deletion, and other applicable requests. Check the contact page for current channel status. Proposed addresses are not functioning request channels.

Future games

PC and mobile games may use different services and process different information. Each game that requires its own privacy notice will link to that notice. This website draft does not describe unannounced game behavior or make commitments on behalf of those products.

Updates

Before publication, confirm the effective date, the operator’s details, the service configuration, and how material changes will be communicated. Update this notice whenever the website’s actual data practices change.
